Blueberry Lime Jam
An old favorite is reinvented with a hint of lime juice and zest.  The royal purple color of this jam is as bright as its flavor.  I enjoy this jam  simply spread on a crunchy cracker, to let the natural flavors of the berries and lime shine through.

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Classic strawberry jam is given a tart twist by the addition of fresh rhubarb.  The flavor is predominantly strawberry, but with a slight tang from the rhubarb.

Basil Beans

Sweet Corn Relish
Native sweet corn is cut fresh off the cob and cooked with peppers, onions, spices, vinegar and honey, resulting in a sweet and sour relish that makes a versitile condiment.  I use it just like salsa as an accompaniment to quesadillas and burritos as well as a side dish for grilled meats and fish.

Onion Jam
Savory onions are simmered in a sweet and sour syrup of fresh apple cider and apple cider vinegar and then some fresh sage is added for a unique jam that goes incredibly well on a juicy hamburger or alongside some chicken or pork.

Elderberry Jelly
Wild Vermont eldberries from our friend's farm makes an old-fashioned jam that you probably won't see in the stores.  We extract the juice from the small berries, so it is seedless and has an earthy and strong, sweet berry flavor.

Fresh-picked raspberries from a local farm make this jam something special.  The season is short, so quantities are limited.

Black Raspberry Jam
It's always a special treat to get enough black raspberries to make some jam.  The taste is a bit sweeter than its red counterpart. Quantities are very limited.

Currant Jelly
This is a beautiful jelly made from currants grown right here in Shaftsbury by a local gardener.  The taste is something like a seedless raspberry jam, but with some tart cherry flavor, too.  This jelly reminds me of Christmas in a jar.  It makes a good PB&J, but can also do double duty as a glaze for game and other meats.

Mint Jelly
The classic mint jelly, but without the electric green food coloring!  We grow our own mint (it takes over the yard, actually) and simmer the leaves in water to extract the pure mint flavor.  It's roasted lamb's best friend.

Mojito Jelly
This really does taste just like the Cuban cocktail, in jelly form.  Mint juice, fresh squeezed lime juice and zest, with a shot of light rum is jelled into a wonderful spread.  Use it as a glaze for grilled meats or with cheese as a condiment.

Bloody Mary Mix
We juice fresh, locally-grown tomatoes to use as the base of our Bloody Mary Mix.  It is then mixed with wasabi for a nice bite, a healthy dose of Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, hot sauce and other spices to make a very light and pure tasting base for your Bloody Mary.  Or, drink it as is, for a refreshing and healthy serving of your vegetables.

Peach Jam
We got these peaches from Love Apple Farm in Ghent, NY and they were absolutely the sweetest peaches I've ever had.  They have an almost floral undertone to them with hints of vanilla.  I added a healthy dose of lemon juice to brighten the flavor even more.  This is a really special jam.  I have a few no-sugar added jars.  Please email me if that is your preference.

Apricot Jam
Like the peaches, our apricots came from Love Apple Farm in Ghent, NY.  Unfortunately, due to severe hail storms this summer, the crop was limited.  We only have a couple dozen jars available.  We do have a few reduced sugar jams, so please email me if you'd like those.

Concord Grape Jam
This jam is perfect for the quintessential PB&J sandwich.  We use Upstate New York grown concord grapes in this jam--it's not a jelly, so it has a chunkier texture and is much more spreadable than jelly.

Cranberry Sauce
We simmered cranberries with some pears and fresh ginger and just enough sugar to make it a little sweet but with just enough tartness to  keep that fresh cranberry flavor.  It's wonderful as an accent to your holiday dinner, on a turkey sandwich, or just as a spread on your toast or muffin.
